My first domain was i-like-fire.net and I was hosted with the infamous ToastyHost. (Ahh, ToastyHost, how you decieved me. You gave me a fabulous deal; it was too good to be true, I thought, and then took everything away with snap of your, uh... system.) I was there for a little over a year before ToastyHost crashed and I lost everything I had. This was back before I realized the importance of backing up your files. I guess you could say I had to learn the hard way. After that I found Holdfire. And once again, I was offered a fabulous deal. Even more fabulous than the deal from ToastyHost! So, obviously, I was apprehensive. But I went with my gut and signed up with them and purchased this domain name. And it turns out, Holdfire appears to be as amazing as it appears to be. ;D I now back-up everything, especially since I'm running multiple sites here, but so far it's all been pretty amazing. I derived this domain name from a song by The Wreckers called "Stand Still, Look Pretty".

You're currently viewing version six of the site, featuring the gorgeous actor James McAvoy and an awesome quote from On The Road by Jack Kerouac. I love this one because it's so bright and has a wee bit of pink--which I'm starting to love using in my layouts. And it's a lot simpler and more clean cut than a lot of my other layouts.
